ST. GEORGE, UTAH - Glass Doctor of St. George is listed as a Tier 1 auto glass shop by for the Allstate Insurance Company's new nationwide Distinguished Performers Program.

The program categorizes auto glass repair and replacement shops into two tiers. Tier 1 shops meet best-in-class criteria for customer satisfaction, warranty frequency and performance, and other Key Performance Indicators. Tier 2 shops fall below the standards and are encouraged to improve their performance to achieve quality recognition.

"We're proud to be listed as a Tier 1 shop in the Distinguished Performers Program because it shows that we are committed to our customers' safety, high quality workmanship and professionalism," Dale Watkins, owner of Glass Doctor of St. George, said. "It shows what we have always known, we give our customers the best value for their money."

Allstate's program was announced Nov. 1, 2009. The program aligns with two other programs Glass Doctor of St. George supports. The shop is registered with the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standards (AGRSS) Council, and the shop's technicians are certified by the National Glass Association (NGA).

"When customers come to Glass Doctor of St. George we want to remove any doubt that they might have about the quality performance of our glass service technicians," Watkins said. "I'm proud of our team members. The Allstate rating is another way to recognize their excellence."
